Statistical Inference of Burr–Hatke Exponential Distribution with Partially Accelerated Life Test under Progressively Type II Censoring

In this paper, estimations of the parameter and acceleration factor Burr–Hatke exponential distribution in partially accelerated life tests under progressively type II censoring are investigated. By using typical maximum likelihood methods Bayesian method, point obtained. Based on asymptotic normality Delta approximate confidence intervals established Fisher information matrix. The percentile bootstrap method also evaluated. Comprehensive simulation conducted to evaluate effects. A real dataset is studied by constructing a model analyzing practicality utility estimation.
